For guest reception, we prefer to use an electronic access system such as Nuki or key box, so that arrival is possible at any time.
A personal check-in can be arranged by mutual agreement, if desired.

We keep you regularly informed through detailed reports, photos and updates. You always have access to the rental calendar and can contact us directly if you have any questions. Transparency and communication are essential to us.

The house is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Depending on the number of rental periods and your requirements, we can also arrange cleaning in between (for longer stays).

Lettings are seasonal, with peak summer and holiday periods. We advise on optimal rental and pricing strategies and adjust marketing accordingly to maximise your occupancy rates.

Many owners already choose an appropriate security strategy when buying their property. We do not actively get involved in this, but through our network we can put you in touch with reliable parties for alarm systems, smart locks or camera surveillance, for example. During renting out, we check whether everything is running as it should and inform you immediately of any peculiarities.

We value a positive guest experience. We ensure a professional welcome (in person if necessary), a clean and well-kept property, and clear communication before, during and after the stay. In addition, we are happy to provide local tips and there is an information folder from us in the accommodation and we are on standby in case of questions or problems. Satisfied guests are more likely to leave a good review and book again.

We treat your property as if it were our own. This means we do periodic inspections to make sure everything is working properly. If repairs are needed, we arrange them quickly and efficiently with reliable professionals. In addition, we make sure the property is always clean and ready for guests or your own stay.

You can do that too! You can register your property via our website, this service is free of charge. In case of a successful booking via our site, we charge an interesting commission. All communication and further handling goes through the landlords/hosts of the accommodation themselves.

Yes, you always retain the right to use your property yourself. We share a booking calendar and then you can see for yourself when days are free to block off privately.

Yes, you can book directly with us, this saves and is also always cheaper than the same accommodation which we have also placed via Booking.com and other platforms.

In case of damage, we take care of it quickly and report it to you immediately. We also help recover damages through the insurance company.

We take over the complete rental management of your property in Malaga. This means we take care of:
